Welcome to the web site of the Social Networks Project, based at the Population Studies Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The Social Networks Project houses four distinct, but conceptually related, longitudinal social-demographic field projects: the Kenya Diffusion and Ideational Change Project (KDICP), the Malawi Diffusion and Ideational Change Project (MDICP), the Malawi Family Transfers Project (FTP), the Malawi Religion Project (MRP), and the Malawi Longitudinal Study of Families and Health (MLSFH). From this website it is possible to access the quantitative and qualitative data collected by each project; to access information about the relevant principal investigators and other affiliated parties; and to download papers and related documentation produced as part of the projects.
